Ian Pirieis a Scottish actor born in Aberdeen, who boasts a wealth of credits on bothstage and screen. He made his West End debut in Jesus Christ Superstarat the Lyceum Theatre in 1996, later understudying and performing as Jean Valjean in Les Misérables before taking the title role of Quasimodo in Notre Dame de Paris at the Dominion Theatre.

Andrew Lloyd Webber has composed the scores of some of the world’s most famous musicals. His shows have run continuously in London’s West End for 50 years and ran for 43 uninterrupted years on Broadway.
When the original Sunset Boulevard joined School of Rock, CATS, and The Phantom of the Opera he equalled Rodgers & Hammerstein’s record of four shows running simultaneously on Broadway. He is one of the select group of artists with EGOT status, having received Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony Awards.
Lloyd Webber owns six London theatres including the iconic London Palladium and Theatre Royal Drury Lane. Reopened in July 2021, the latter was completely restored and renovated at a cost of over £60 million. This was one of the biggest projects ever undertaken by a private theatre owner in recent times. His mantra is that every penny of profit made from his theatres is ploughed back into the buildings for their conservation and development.
Lloyd Webber is passionate about the importance of musical education and diversity in the arts. Andrew Lloyd Webber Foundation provides 30 performing arts scholarships every year for talented students with financial need, and supports a range of projects such as the Music In Secondary Schools Trust (MiSST).
In academic year September 2025 - 2026, 14,885 children are being given free musical tuition and instruments as part of MiSST's Andrew Lloyd Webber Programme. The Foundation also commissions research into diversity in theatre.

Hal Prince directed the original productions of Cabaret, Sweeney Todd, A Little Night Music, The Phantom of the Opera, She Loves Me, Company, Follies, Candide, Pacific Overtures, Evita, Parade, LoveMusik and Paradise Found.
Before becoming a director, Hal Prince’s productions included: The Pajama Game, Damn Yankees, West Side Story, Fiddler on the Roof, Fiorello! and A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum. Among the plays he directed are: Hollywood Arms, The Visit, The Great God Brown, End of the World, Play Memory and his own play Grandchild of Kings.
He prepared a new version of Phantom, which ran in Las Vegas at the Venetian Hotel from 2006 to 2012. His opera productions were seen at Lyric Opera of Chicago, the Metropolitan Opera, San Francisco Opera, Houston Grand Opera, Dallas Opera, Vienna Staatsoper and the Theater Colon in Buenos Aires. Prince of Broadway, a musical compendium of Mr Prince’s entire career, opened in Tokyo in 2015 and on Broadway in 2017. Mr Prince was a trustee for the New York Public Library and previously served on the National Council on the Arts for the NEA. Mr Prince was named an Officier in the Ordre des Arts et des Lettres.
He was the recipient of 21 Tony Awards, a Kennedy Center Honor and a National Medal of the Arts from President Clinton for a career in which ‘he changed the nature of the American musical’.

Cameron Mackintosh has been working in the theatre for almost 60 years and is the Producer of several of the most legendary musicals of all time, including The Phantom of the Opera, Cats and Les Misérables, alongside Miss Saigon, Mary Poppins (Disney), Little Shop of Horrors, and Hamilton in the UK, which he co-produces with Jeffrey Seller. Cameron has created three musical revues with Stephen Sondheim, including Side by Side by Sondheim, Putting It Together and most recently the hugely acclaimed Old Friends, starring Broadway legends Bernadette Peters and Lea Salonga in the West End and on Broadway. Cameron and Director Matthew Bourne’s newly reimagined production of Oliver! is playing in the West End.
In 2012 Cameron produced the Oscar®, Golden Globe and BAFTA award-winning film adaptation of Les Misérables, which is one of the most successful movies ever of an original stage musical. He also produced the spectacular 25th Anniversary Concert of The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall, which is still continually screened on television and in cinemas throughout the world.
Cameron owns and operates eight historic London theatres, which have all been spectacularly rebuilt and refurbished for the 21st century. The Sondheim, formerly known as the Queen’s, has been renamed in honour of Cameron’s great friend, theatrical legend Stephen Sondheim.
Music Theatre International (MTI) has been one of Cameron’s companies for over 30 years, representing one of the world’s oldest and largest libraries of secondary rights for many of the greatest musicals ever written, whilst also championing exciting new contemporary writers.
In 1990, Cameron inaugurated the Chair of Contemporary Theatre at St Catherine’s College, Oxford University, with Stephen Sondheim as its first visiting professor. The Professorship is now in its 35th year.
Cameron was knighted in the 1996 New Year’s Honours for his services to British theatre and, in June 2023, was awarded the Freedom of the City of London. In 2014, he became the first British producer ever to be elected to Broadway’s Theater Hall of Fame.

Richard Stilgoe has spent 50 years as a performer and writer in all forms of the performing arts. He wrote lyrics for Cats, Starlight Express, The Phantom of the Opera, The Magistrate and Road Rage, and music and lyrics for Bodywork, Brilliant the Dinosaur and Orpheus - the Mythical. His broadcasting work has earned him the New York Radio Festival Gold Award, three Monaco Festival Prizes and the Prix Italia. In 1997, he founded the Orpheus Centre in Surrey, where young disabled people prepare for independent living through a series of performing arts courses. He was high sheriff of Surrey in 1998, during which year he was awarded the OBE. He owns and drives a JCB, and has 5 children and 13 grandchildren. In the jubilee honours list of 2012, Richard was knighted for charitable service through the Alchemy Foundation.
Maria Björnson designed extensively for theatre, opera and ballet. In 1979 and 1988, she was part of the British theatre design team awarded the Golden Troika Prazké Quadriennale.In 1983, she was awarded the Silver Medal for the Janacek Competition Prazké Quadriennale. In 1990, she was awarded TheObserver’s Experts’ Expert, the Designers’ Designer, in recognition of her contribution to theatre design. In 1999, she was awarded the 19th Franco Abbiati Prize. She received numerous awards for her The Phantomof the Opera designs, among them two Tony Awards, two Outer Critics Circle Awards and two Los Angeles Drama Critics Awards, all for Best Costume and Set. Theatre: David Cullen has worked mainly as an orchestrator of musicals, most notably those of Andrew Lloyd Webber – Cats, Starlight Express, Song & Dance, The Phantom of the Opera, Aspects of Love, Sunset Boulevard, By Jeeves, Whistle Down the Wind and The Beautiful Game. Other musicals which he has orchestrated include Abbacadabra, Jeeves, Shogun the Musical (in New York), Children of Eden, Edna – The Spectacle, Stepping Out and three London revivals – Can-Can, The Baker’s Wife and Carmen Jones.Records which he has arranged include the America album by the King’s Singers, Christmas with Kiri by Kiri Te Kanawa and I Am What I Am by Shirley Bassey. He both arranged and produced the albums Music of the Night for Cantabile and Lloyd Webber Plays Lloyd Webber for Julian Lloyd Webber.Film and television: Jesus Christ Superstar (Really Useful Films). David has orchestrated much film and television music for Carl Davis – Show People, The Crowd, The Thief of Baghdad, Our Hospitality and Champions. Seth Sklar-Heyn began his career as an assistant stage manager on the Broadway production of The Phantom of the Opera in 2000. In 2012, producer Cameron Mackintosh and director Harold Prince invited him to return to the Majestic Theatre as Production Supervisor, a position he still holds. Seth has served as Executive Producer for Cameron Mackintosh Inc. for North American productions since 2013, supervising the 2013 North American tour of Cameron Mackintosh’s new production of Andrew Lloyd Webber’s The Phantom of the Opera directed by Laurence Connor (for which he also served as Associate Director), the 2014 Broadway revival of Les Misérables, the 2017 Broadway revival of Miss Saigon (also Associate Director), the 2017 North American tour of Les Misérables, and the 2018 North American tour of Miss Saigon (also Associate Director). Most recently, Seth directed the 2020 UK/Ireland tour of The Phantom of the Opera (based on Harold Prince’s original staging). Previously, Seth directed the 2009 U.S. tour of Frost/Nixon, starring Stacy Keach and Alan Cox, and the 2013 U.S. tour of Evita (both based on Michael Grandage’s original staging). This fall, Seth will direct the Australian premiere of the new production The Phantom of the Opera at the Sydney Opera House (based on Laurence Connor’s original staging). He has worked as an associate or assistant director on many other Broadway productions, including: Evita, A Little Night Music, Finian’s Rainbow, Good Vibrations, Mary Stuart, Rock’n’Roll, Frost/Nixon, and The Coast of Utopia. Here We Go Again.Chrissie staged and choreographed the original West End productions of The Secret Diary of Adrian Mole, Sherlock Holmes The Musical and the London premiere of Mack and Mabel. She choreographed The Entertainer, Devil’s Virtuoso, Annie, The Card, On The Twentieth Century, Witches of Eastwick and the musical staging for the Showbizpops Orchestra’s concert tour of The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber. For television she choreographed Kiss Me Kate, Alas Smith and Jones and Hit Dancing.As associate director and choreographer - the London, New York and Australian productions of Five Guys Named Moe, worldwide productions of Cats and most recently The Phantom Of The Opera, as associate choreographer. Matt graduated from the Motley Theatre design course in 1994 and spent the next decade working at the National Theatre in London, as a designer, associate and draughtsman. Matt left to work within commercial theatre, developing many large productions and also adapting them for tour.As part of a long working partnership with Cameron Mackintosh, Matt initially adapted the original versions of My Fair Lady, Mary Poppins and Phantom of the Opera as well as co-designing the recent international productions of Miss Saigon. In 2009, he was invited to redesign Les Misérables for its 25th anniversary production as a UK tour. The success of the new staging has seen subsequent productions and tours across the world alongside presentations on Broadway and the new West End show at the Sondheim.Matt also designed the 25th anniversary concerts of Les Mis at the O2 Arena and The Phantom of the Opera at the Royal Albert Hall as well as the recent Les Mis concerts at the Gielgud and Sondheim theatres.Matt also designs a wide variety and scale of productions both in the UK and internationally with a long history of developing large scale musical theatre in Sao Paulo, Brazil.

Ceris has worked on the London Production of Phantom for 25 years, becoming Head of Wardrobe and Supervisor in 2001.
She Supervised the 25th Anniversary of Phantom at The Royal Albert Hall and has assisted and made costumes for other productions of The Phantom of the Opera around the World.

Fernando Bustamante Manjavacas is a Spanish conductor whose career embraces symphonic repertoire, opera and musical theatre. He makes his West End debut as Musical Director of Phantom of the Opera.
He studied orchestral conducting in Spain before completing a Master's degree with distinction at the International Conducting Academy of the Universität der Künste in Berlin. He has since been invited to masterclasses with Daniele Gatti and the Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra and Robin Ticciati and the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester.
Since 2011, Fernando has served as Music and Artistic Director of the Orquesta Ciudad de la Mancha, founding the international Arte Entre Gigantes course and festival. He has conducted orchestras throughout Europe and Latin America, including the Deutsches Symphonie-Orchester Berlin, Kammerakademie Potsdam, Orquesta Sinfónica de Extremadura, Orquesta Sinfónica de Navarra, Joven Orquesta de Costa Rica or Orquesta Nacional del Ecuador among others.
His commitment to new music includes premieres of contemporary works with Ensemble Ilynx (Berlin) at some of Germany's leading festivals.
In musical theatre, he has conducted Andrew Lloyd Webber's Evita and The Wizard of Oz, and composed his own original musical Clown, with book by José Andrés López de la Rica.
An accomplished mandolinist, Fernando won Second Prize at the Luxembourg International Mandolin Competition, and has performed and toured internationally across Europe, Latin America and the United States. He regularly collaborates as a soloist with the Orquesta Nacional de España, Ballet Nacional de España or Orquesta Sinfónica de Madrid.
Originally from Australia, Brendan graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) with a Bachelor of Music (Performance).
