Ramin Karimloo led with a powerful, nuanced performance as the Phantom, joined by Sierra Boggess, whose clarity and warmth made her Christine a highlight of the evening. With an expanded orchestra, sweeping staging, and a large ensemble adapted to the Hall’s vast space, the production felt both intimate and grand.

The finale brought a rare gathering of Phantom history, featuring appearances from original cast members and past Phantoms in a moment that became instantly iconic. Filmed live, the concert has since become a beloved companion to the stage show, offering a definitive celebration of the musical’s legacy.

Gerard Butler brought intensity to the Phantom, Emmy Rossum’s luminous performance anchored Christine, and Patrick Wilson added warmth as Raoul. Expanded orchestration and sequences like “Masquerade” gave familiar moments fresh scale and spectacle.
