Mandy Kwan

Biography

Mandy is originally from Hong Kong and Malaysia.

Training: Elmhurst Ballet School, graduating in 2024.

During the five years of training, Mandy studied ballet under the tutelage of Robert Parker, Joshua Barwick, Sonia Fajardo, Gloria Grigolato, Chi Cao and Mary Goodhew; jazz under Cris Penfold; and contemporary under Sandrine Monin, along with flamenco, acting and singing.

Mandy participated in international competitions, such as Youth American Grand Prix (1st Malaysian at the New York finals), Asian Grand Prix (Top 12) and the Margot Fonteyn International Ballet Competition (Top 12).

Mandy has worked with great companies and choreographers including Kerry Biggin and Glenn Graham from Matthew Bourne's New Adventures, Patricia Tierney and Laura Day from Birmingham Royal Ballet, Neil Fleming Brown from Studio Wayne McGregor and more.
